This Site is operated by Tian Yuan Top Quality Industrial Co., Ltd. (Taiwan), on behalf of the Tian Yuan group of companies. Information is provided for general informational and commercial inquiry purposes only.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer of sale, supply, or service. All commercial relationships are governed by separate written agreements (purchase orders, supply contracts, NDAs) between Tian Yuan entities and the customer.
All trade marks, logos, photos, drawings and copy on this Site are owned by, or licensed to, Tian Yuan. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, mirror, or use this content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission. Linking to public pages is permitted with attribution.
Drawings, CAD files and other technical information you submit through the contact form are treated as confidential. We will not share them outside the project engineering team. If you require a formal NDA before submission, request one via the Quote form checkbox or by email.
We try to keep information accurate but make no warranty as to completeness or fitness for purpose. Equipment lists, capabilities, certifications and product examples are illustrative; specific availability and specifications must be confirmed during quoting and contracting.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tian Yuan disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, relating to the Site itself. Warranties on supplied products are governed by the relevant supply contract.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Tian Yuan is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites.
Some Tian Yuan products may be subject to export controls under Taiwanese, Vietnamese and importing-country laws. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable export, re-export, and import requirements.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be flagged on this page and dated. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from your use of the Site fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taoyuan District Court, Taiwan, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your home jurisdiction.
