Laser Process

Fibre-laser cutting for both tube and sheet — fast changeovers, clean edges and no hard tooling, which makes it the right first step for low-volume programmes and new product launches.

Tube Forming

Two sub-processes for round and square tube parts: CNC slot punching, three times faster than conventional methods, and automated CNC bending. Running as one integrated line, they deliver higher throughput, a smaller footprint and part-to-part consistency you can count on.

Wire Forming

Coil straightening and CNC wire bending for the basket, shelving and rack categories that consumer brands ship in millions. Two-axis to multi-axis CNC capability, with end-of-arm finishing for clean, hand-safe terminations.

Welding

Four welding capabilities under one roof: robotic and automated spot welding for high-volume assemblies (30% more efficient than manual), seamless TIG for visible joints, traditional MIG/TIG cells for low-volume specials, and a CO₂ welding line for structural welds.

Plastic Injection
