Quality is not a department at Tian Yuan. It is the only way we know how to ship. All three factories are certified to ISO 9001:2015. Since 2015 we have been audited every year by independent third parties on C-TPAT security, social accountability, environmental management and quality — including a passed Bureau Veritas Vendor Code of Conduct & Security audit for a tier-1 US retailer. 160+ QA instruments across all plants. Our LEED-certified plant, SGS SMETA audit and ESG reporting are documented below.

ISO 9001:2015 — every plant, every year.

All three Tian Yuan plants — Taiwan, Tian You (Vietnam · Binh Duong) and Tian Yuan (Vietnam · Dong Nai) — hold current ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certificates from UKAS- or ANAB-accredited certification bodies. The Taiwan plant has held uninterrupted ISO certification for more than 25 years.

Bureau Veritas — Vendor Code of Conduct & Security audit, passed.

Our Tian You Vietnam plant has been audited by Bureau Veritas (one of the world's top-3 independent inspection bodies) on behalf of a tier-1 US retail buyer. The audit covered both the Vendor Code of Conduct (labour, ethics) and the Security Audit (supply-chain integrity). Audit passed.

A passed Bureau Veritas VCoC + Security audit substantially shortens the supplier-qualification process for other tier-1 US retailers — BV's findings are widely accepted across peer retail programmes.

4-pillar Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit covering labour standards, health & safety, environment and business ethics. Conducted by SGS — the world's largest independent inspection and certification body. Passed. Walmart, Tesco, M&S, Carrefour, Aldi, IKEA and most major EU/UK retailers either require SMETA directly or accept it in lieu of their own audit.

Why it matters for buyers.

LEED v4 BD+C is one of the strictest green-building standards. For tier-1 retail and EU buyers under CSRD, sourcing from a LEED-certified facility shortens the supplier ESG questionnaire and directly supports Scope 3 reporting. Our new plant was designed for this from day one — not retrofitted.

Green-plant features

Built green from day one.

The new 30,000 m² (323,000 sq ft) Tian Yuan Vietnam plant was designed for export-buyer ESG requirements — not retrofitted to meet them.

Rooftop solar PV A rooftop solar array on the production halls, sized to offset a meaningful share of daytime load. Generation is logged and reported monthly.

Biomass powder coating Biomass-fired thermal system for the coating line — replacing natural gas for cure-oven heating. Lower direct emissions per coated panel.

Water reuse loop The coating line uses a recirculating water-reuse loop. Make-up water and discharge are tracked per shift.

Daylight + LED Daylight harvesting on the bay roofs cuts lighting demand. All artificial lighting is LED with motion sensors in low-traffic zones.

Low-impact site Located inside Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park — pre-zoned industrial land, shared utilities, two hours from the port of Ho Chi Minh City.

Sorted scrap streams Separated steel, aluminium and stainless scrap go back to certified recyclers; weights are logged per month for buyer reports.

Low-VOC interiors Low-VOC paints and adhesives across office areas, plus high-efficiency HVAC — support indoor-environmental-quality LEED credits.

Monthly metering Electricity, water and gas are sub-metered across the plant. The data feeds the per-shipment carbon and water reports we can share with buyers.
